Is there a limit of how many VideoMail Messages I can retrieve?
No. You can retrieve as many VideoMail Messages as are sent, depending on the limitations your E-mail provider places on your inbox. An E-mail provider may have limits on the size of files left in your E-mail account. Video files are generally larger than text files, and receiving multiple video files can impact your ability to receive e-mail. It’s a good idea to store VideoMail messages that you want to save in a separate folder. Contact your E-mail Service Customer Service Department for details on the capacity of your specific e-mail account.
