Q: I am unable to get InspireChat™, what do I do?
A: To use InspireChat™, you need to have Java Version 1.4 or higher on your computer. Go to www.java.sun.com to download the latest update. Once the download is complete, restart your computer and log on to InspireChat™ again.

Q: What are the technical specifications for my computer to use InspireChat™?
A: Java Version 1.4 or higher (go to www.java.sun.com to download the latest update).
You can download InspireChat™ using any version of the Internet Explorer OR Mozilla Firefox web browsers.

Q: Is InspireChat™ compatible with Macintosh?
A: At this time, InspireChat™ is not available for Macintosh users. Please do feel free to use our AOL® Instant Messenger™ solution from your Macintosh. Add the buddy name; ThatsHamilton to your buddy list and start calling today!

Q: How do I remove InspireChat™?
A: Go to START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL and select the Add/Remove Programs icon, then Highlight the InspireChat™ field in the drop down menu. Click the “Add/remove” button then click APPLY. This will remove the InspireChat™ from your system
