HomeTown Number...911 Calls

If you wish to place an emergency call, please use your TTY or landline phone and dial 911. In the event you are unable to use your landline phone or TTY, you may place a call through Hamilton Relay.

When you registered to get your Hamilton HomeTown Number™, you provided Hamilton Relay with your location information. Unless you provide us with different location information at the beginning of your call, we will use the address you provided when you registered to process your emergency call. If you have relocated, or if you are not at your registered address, your emergency call may not be processed as quickly. Please be sure to update your location information should you no longer be at the registered address. You may edit location information under "My Account" on the menu on the right.
