Hamilton Relay launched Hamilton Web CapTel, an innovative new way to access captioning services via the Internet. Using a computer with a high-speed Internet connection and any telephone or mobile phone, Hamilton Web CapTel users can listen as well as see every word a caller says on their computer screen.
